3 Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, hnot malicious gossips nor ienslaved to much wine, teaching what is good, 4so that they may
Or train

5to be sensible, pure, kworkers at home, kind, being lsubject to their own husbands, mso that the word of God will not be dishonored.

6 Likewise urge nthe young men to be

sensible;
7in all things show yourself to be pan example of good deeds, with
Or soundness; lit uncorruptness
purity in doctrine, dignified,
8sound in speech which is beyond reproach, rso that the opponent will be put to shame, having nothing bad to say about us.

13looking for the blessed hope and the adappearing of the glory of
Or the great God and our Savior
,
afour great God and Savior, Christ Jesus,
14who aggave Himself for us ahto redeem us from every lawless deed, and to aipurify for Himself a ajpeople for His own possession, akeager for good deeds.

15 These things speak and
Or encourage
,
amexhort, and anrebuke with all authority. aoNo one is to disregard you.
